The purpose of processing these data is the follow-up of the file which you confided according to the mandate given and detailed in the engagement letter.
The processor is the lawyer which treats your file. The processor can be a Colleague or a correspondent lawyer if his intervention is necessary.
These data will be kept for 5 years as from the termination of any legal proceedings or termination of any legal services offered.
You can remove your consent for the processing of your personal data and this at any time by writing to us by e-mail or letter.
You can either introduce a complaint with the CNIL (NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES) in France (www.cnil.fr) or with the Office of Data Protection in Mauritius (pmo-dpo@govmu.org ).
