Priscilla Pattoo is a barrister qualified in Mauritius since 2006 and was a partner at JURISTCONSULT CHAMBERS, member of the DLA PIPER AFRICA GROUP for Mauritius, until November 2015 and set up G&P Legal in July 2016. She acquired expertise in general business law and more specifically, in banking and finance, corporate and commercial, financial services, investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, global business and tax structuring, capital markets, regulatory and compliance, real estate and hospitality. She has advised law firms and clients on multiple cross-border transactions, due diligence exercises and assisted foreign clients with regards to investing in Mauritius.

She has been appointed as member of monetary policy committee of the Bank Of Mauritius since may 2017

OLIVIER GUERIN-GARNIER

Olivier GUERIN-GARNIER is a French attorney at law qualified in Paris since 1999 and is registered as a foreign lawyer in Mauritius. He is also CEO and major shareholder of his law firm G&P LEGAL, leader in Reunion Island, which specializes inter alia in corporate and commercial, tax matters, insolvency, M&A, public and administrative law. He regularly assists clients in Mayotte and Comoros.

Olivier Guerin-Garnier is also ranked as a specialist in general business law (Band 1) by Chambers and Partners Global.

ERIC LEBIHAN

Partner and Attorney at law Saint Denis (Reunion)

After 10 years’ experience as legal advisor for the local authorities of PORT and SEDRE where he acquired skills in administrative and urban law, Eric LEBIHAN joined ARNAUD & ASSOCIATES in 1997 as an intern. And was sworn in as an Attorney in 2008 he now has 30 years’ experience in the public business law (negotiating and drafting complex contractual arrangements, public works contracts, public service delegation contracts) as well as in urban , construction and real estate law and is recognized as a key advisor for public authorities in their decision making.

Eric LEBIHAN is a shareholder of G&P LEGAL in Reunion Island and is a member of the Saint Denis Bar.

KHOMAL RAMDHONY

Khomal is a UK qualified Barrister called to the Bar of Mauritius in 2016. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, UK and qualifies as ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator. Khomal has done her pupillage at Erriah Chambers and at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. She has been working as a Barrister at Étude Nalletamby until July 2017. Khomal has acquired experience in different areas of law such as family, employment, environment and company law. She has advised companies and individuals and represented clients in court matters.

AVINASH NAPAL

Avinash is a practicing barrister who was called to the Mauritian bar in January 2016. He worked at the Chambers of Mr G. Bhanji Soni until April 2018 and has been involved in litigation in various areas of the law. Avinash has assisted and conducted cases involving Insurance Law, Land Law, Civil Disputes, Employment Law, Family Law, and Criminal Litigation amongst others. Avinash is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. He also holds a membership from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and has graduated in the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS).

MURIELLE SISTERON

Barrister

Ms. Murielle SISTERON has worked for nearly three years in a major business law firm based in French West Indies, where she has acquired specialized experience in medical and paramedical law (Discipline and liability litigation), in addition to areas of tax law, corporate law, and insolvency proceedings.
Being a graduate of Master 2 in Public Finance and Taxation at the University of Montpellier (France), she is one of the few practitioners trained to assist and advise French public authorities in the context of budgetary, financial and accounting control procedures.

Barrister admitted at the Bar of Saint Denis de la Réunion; Ms. Murielle SISTERON joined G&P LEGAL in February 2019, in order to strengthen the Reunion team in its main areas of intervention.
